Hey Yo Branzino…How You Doin’?

Branzino are one of my fav whole fish to cook. 

Score the skin…dust with the BGE Citrus and Herb rub…stuff some fresh herbs and lemon slices in the cavity…set up upper rack on the eggspander direct…hit them with a caper/shallot sauce/marinade. About 7 minutes per side and these guys were delicious!
