Pumpkin Pot de Crème with Maple Whipped Cream

Followed the recipe on ZWILLING.com, but instead of cooking in a Bain Marie in the oven I used the Anova at 176 F for 1 hour, 20 minutes to cool off on a rack, and then at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Added a couple TBSPs of pure Maple Syrup to the whipped cream, and topped with a pinch of cinnamon and a crumbled caramel cookie.

I don’t like pumpkin pie, but these were very good — highly recommend.
