Been a minute since I've posted a cook on here. Yes - it was only a simple overnight pork butt. But the occasion is what made it special. We celebrated my sons first birthday recently! I look forward to many more cooks like this and hope to pass the egging bug onto him down the road. Cheers to all!

Your little guy has the same expression caliprince had when I tried to explain what the "Pope's Nose" is on a chicken/ turkey... "You cooked a WHAT?!?"

Best cook ever. Hope your little  guy had a wonderful time. Don't ever blink, because that's when they suddenly grow up.

😆 Haha! I must have blinked because I can't believe he's already 1. Thankful for a WFH job so I don't miss much. 🙏
