Sausage, goats cheese and spinach pizza with bechamel sauce

Cooked in the large tonight we were out of a tomato based base sauce so SWMBO suggested bechamel sauce … winner! Will be doing this again.

Gotta admit that you always surface in fine style. Great looking pie. I'm sure the wine pairing was up to the challenge.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

@CTMike these were Moroccan lamb sausages, they work really well with spinach and goats cheese. Those are fine looking pizzas! No problem at all with “white” pizzas, though I must admit that the use of bechamel is quite unusual
