Cooked in the large tonight we were out of a tomato based base sauce so SWMBO suggested bechamel sauce … winner! Will be doing this again.

    Gotta admit that you always surface in fine style.  Great looking pie.  I'm sure the wine pairing was up to the challenge. 
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Have never had Bechamel on pizza, sounds tasty and looks just smashing.

    I was surprised at how well it worked tbh, I think it's because it paired nicely with the goats cheese and spinach.
