Sausage, goats cheese and spinach pizza with bechamel sauce

Cooked in the large tonight we were out of a tomato based base sauce so SWMBO suggested bechamel sauce … winner! Will be doing this again.

Gotta admit that you always surface in fine style. Great looking pie. I'm sure the wine pairing was up to the challenge.

Those are fine looking pizzas! No problem at all with “white” pizzas, though I must admit that the use of bechamel is quite unusual
