Leftover Brisket Pizza

Made a big rectangular brisket pizza. Here’s a slice of it to prove it happened before it was all gone. Had some bbq sauce, ricotta, leftover diced brisket, crumbled baked potatoes, pickled onions and cheddar cheese on there. 🐮 🍕

Brisket enhances anything where used. Stand-alone for the best but the flexibility is often not recognized.Looks great!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@wps456, I think leftover brisket is allowed if the precooking weight of the brisket in pounds exceeds the number of eaters by at least a 2:1 ratio.
