It’s really a great alternative to pulled pork insofar as smoked dishes from a pork shoulder. You can sweeten it up more than the recipe, and it’ll punch you in the face (with flavor)JohnInCarolina said:

It all looks great! Wife and mom requested salmon so I did a maple-soy glaze over sashimi grade Atlantic salmon from Sam's on cedar planks on the BGE. It's a favorite around here. Sorry, I didn't take pics.
