Biden's Classified Doc Problem

    In both presidents cases I would be interested in what the classified documents were about. That gets right back to motive or intent as you called it. I doubt that we will ever know that though.

    @Gulfcoastguy.  Finally after 2+ months. Once again the DOJ has 2 different standards. One for the Demorats and one for the Republicans. The earlier documents that were discovered at Bidens house and the Chinese Embassy at Penn were from his VP days when he had no authority to declassify anything.  Trump had the ultimate authority to declassified anything he wanted to.

    Yes I believe this is the 4th discovery and found at a site that Biden’s lawyers had already searched. What was it Botch said about a document behind a printer? Anyway at least you read and commented on the article.

    There are obviously huge differences between the two cases, although I’m not sure much of that will matter to the general public.   At this point they each have a special counsel looking into it so it seems silly to do much more than just wait for the process to complete and see what the DOJ recommends.

    That is the actual aim of the original investigation. They just didn’t expect Joe to step in the same pile of crap. Probably planned for him to resign 3 months after the 2024 election in favor of whoever his VP at the time is.
