OT - Questions About Ooni Koda Ovens

I'm thinking about the 12 or 16, and had some questions:
How long do they take to preheat?
How long does a tank of gas last?
Does one cook better than the other?
Is one easier to use than the other?
How long do they take to reheat for another pizza?
I now have a table that I can put one on, and space in the shed, next to the Big Green Eggs, so maybe it's time to give it a try. I have Ken Forkish's pizza book too, but have been somewhat limited because the BlueStar oven only gets up to 500 F.
Thanks very much!

I have the Karu 16. Preheat inside of 15 minutes. Dunno how long a tank lasts, but I haven’t had to swap mine out since October. Reheat very quickly due to pizza taking no time to cook

I recently acquired a  Koda 16, and love the larger size. The bigger front opening of the Karu seems like it would be even easier to work with, from what I can tell.

Preheat time is under 30 mins. I think ooni recommends 30 mins, but 15-20 mins works. It should take just a few minutes to reheat between pies.

Re: fuel consumption, it doesn't seem to burn much, despite the blazing hot temps it can hit. The stock regulator is about 0.5psi. The few times I've used mine, its been run for 2-3 hrs each time, and the tank (not full at the start) still has plenty left in it.

The big question is, which should I get - the 12 is large enough for my needs. Or should I take back the cart and buy a Blackstone pizza oven?

I'm not getting one soon, but I'm intrigued, and if I got one, it would definitely be the larger one.

I've never cooked with the 12", I have a Koda 16".  The 16" has a definite temp gradient in it that can vary 200 deg from hot corner to cooler corner. This is helpful at times to have enough real estate to move things around.  If the 12" has similar heat pattern and you don't have the room to move things around that could be more of a challenge.  I don't really know, just hypothesizing.
    Love you bro!

I like the Koda 16 because of the space to move things around, as needed. I make 12" pies,   but  I have the option to go larger.

Also, if you get tired of the ooni, you can repurpose the table/stand.

Always get the largest you can.  After thw first use of my Pizza Oven, I wish I had gone larger.
