A neighbor is having a mature peach tree cut down within the next hour. I am having them cut the trunk into manageable 3 foot lengths. This will be more peach wood than I can use in my lifetime so I’ll be glad to share. let me know via PM. Obviously first come first serve!

I want to be first in line if Ron ever starts giving his money away 👍

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

So far only 2:pieces have been spoken for…thanks Scott!…guess I can always try to slab and then sticker them to air dry for a few years or “chunk out” some other lengths in pieces to dry and then turn them into small bowls on my lathe….

BUT OH CRAP!!! I’ll probably be dead and dried out myself by that time! Doesn’t anybody in central IL want these FREE pieces of peach?

OH BOY>>>I am hoping I can reach my Greek egger friend in Peoria, IL who is a freelance computer software programmer for CAT who came and took some of these peach tree pieces. I now have some 10 feet or so of cherry wood which I really don't  have room for. While it is green since it was just cut down today you are certainly welcome to it!

I just don't have your email so I can reach you!

Ron if I lived near you I'd be grabbing your neighbors  wood like you read about, if for no other reason than to prove to you, that a man like you, makes their neighbors wood so much more grab able. I don't know how you do it and yet make it look so easy. How many innocent people are going to grab your neighbors wood because of you tonight? I can't come to your state, so I asked my neighbor if he had any wood I could grab and he told me the best time to grab his wood was in the morning. I guess I won't be running the smoker tonight then. Peachy!

Shameless bump just trying to reach Scottie as egger Tim K always called him. Surely there have to be other computer engineer eggheads who work at CAT in Peoria, IL who know how to reach out to Scottie!!!

But if not then anyone else locally want this cherry? If not I’ll just store it under my DRY porch to dry it until my executor scratches his/her head and says "now WHY/WHAT did RRP save this wood for???"
