OT-The Agree option has returned-Should the use of technology be limited in sports applications-OT

Old here and I have a lawn but games/matches are played and refereed/called by humans.  I am all in with using technology to review any questionable ( or all) scoring plays in football (American definition), soccer (ROW) home-runs in baseball (no way with balls and strikes or fielding plays) and where a turnover (American football here) results in a change of possession.  I am sure I am missing a few options.
But we are taking the officiating element and calls made at the speed of play out of the equation.  I see technology only being more employed.  There needs to be a limit.  Others?

While we’re at it, let’s add yellow cards for blatant flops on the entire pitch, not just in the box - worst part of the game - makes them look like bunch of pansies.

As far as tech goes, let’s start and stop the clock on the ref’s whistle, instead of some “official” (and I use that term loosely) stoppage time that becomes completely arbitrary based on when the head ref feels like stopping the match.

Hawk-Eye is replacing line judges in major tennis tournaments. And it is doing a great job.
The technology already exists to determine whether a baseball pitch is a ball or strike and I can see the day that those basic calls will be made sans a human umpire.
If it can be done better with technology why not use it?

@CTMike - But the medical miracles you see in every match are a thing to behold...Not.
