Venison sliders

Deer harvested in Estill, SC by a relative.  No gaminess at bc all and plenty rich juiciness.  Lots of good meals ahead of us. Slider patties simply had Worcestershire, S&P and seared up in the CI.  Probably best sliders I’ve had.

Pure venison? No cut with pork or ribeye fat?
    Good eats right there

I’m not sure since it was given to me but usually the processors will remove most of the deer fat and cut in beef fat from Chuck roasts. This was still lean but wasn’t dry either.

Yep that’s how we usually do it here, cut it with pork but everyplace is different.

    Looks wonderful!

Those look darn good. I'll take the one on the left please. Perfectly crusty, with some crunchy bits.

Thx y’all. Didn’t explain the sauces. Two of these were. leftover arby’s and horsey sauces with pickles and the other was an avocado cilantro taco street sauce with pickles. Boys eat theirs with only a little ketchup and Mayo so no need to pickup other stuff if I’d be the only one eating it. And I was out of cheese. TBH tho, sorta liked it better simpler like this. Made it steakier
