    I love Pho. We have a Pho house near us that does an amazing job. I prefer the beef but the chicken is awesome as well. I'll add an amusing Asian restaurant sign I found in my travels (Cooperstown, NY)

    There's a Jinya Ramen not far from work. I'll drop in sometime and see if they still have this.

    Jinya is a solid chain I’ve had them in UT, CA, and last week Georgia.  I always add some extra pork and an egg.  Dang it now I want jinya 😆

    Ramen - you can fry it. Hard to fry pho.
    When you cook the ramen, use only half the liquid. Then you can fry the ramen and add whatever veggies and protein you want and sauce to choice.
