Yep, they aren’t designed for repair just cheap to manufacture. Then a great many of their customers are under water on their loans. Paid for full self driving? Always get it in writing and preferably in cash up front. An independent annuity would also work. Meanwhile people at least deserve an in person firing regardless of performance or change in management.
