Leftover pulled pork pizza

Like many of you, a pork butt is just too much for our family to consume. I can only have so many days of pulled pork sandwiches before I’m sick and tired of them!! 

Tonight’s dinner…PPP 
Pulled pork pizza on non-bread with homemade barbecue sauce and fresh jalapeños   

Edit: we’ve made these in the past with pork from the freezer that was vacuum packed.
