It’s always a good cook when you get the string cleanly off the new bag of lump, amirite?

I have no idea!  Sometimes I manage it no problem and sometimes I don’t.  I just try to carefully undo the knot on the left side of the front of the bag and pull.

Maybe @stlcharcoal can shed some light on it.

I do this every single time I try to open a new bag.  Many, many videos.  Since 2014.
Like getting a fresh-pressed tortilla to puff in a hot pan, it's not possible.  It's just not possible.  It's a Big Lie, can't happen, Fake News, photochopped, propaganda, cult myths, etc.
Don't fall for it anymore.  Grab your boxcutter and slash away with Abandon, it's the only Right Thing to do. Like I do; don't fall for the Lies anymore.
    Gah.

Left side with the main label facing forward.  Then find and cut the double knot and experience pure joy.

We use a double thread chain stitch so it's a little different than most of the videos out there since they are using a single thread lock stitch.  That's why our stuff is more expensive.....twice the string.....save it  for your Thanksgiving turkey.
