Only issue I see is a great result.

@lousubcap the uneven cut was the big problem.  It’s frustrating bc it’s the little details that make the difference.  For the first time out in a while she did amazing and we had a blast.  She talked to a lot of people and spread the bbq love with samples.  Even got to talk to a couple young girls who wanted to try cooking someday.

But, as all of us old farts can attest, her cuts will be laser-straight for the next 50 years, bet on it!  Competitions are fun when you Win (I've been told), but they're ALWAYS a learning experience.  :thumbsup:
