@lousubcap the uneven cut was the big problem. It’s frustrating bc it’s the little details that make the difference. For the first time out in a while she did amazing and we had a blast. She talked to a lot of people and spread the bbq love with samples. Even got to talk to a couple young girls who wanted to try cooking someday.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2

But, as all of us old farts can attest, her cuts will be laser-straight for the next 50 years, bet on it!
