I am around a decade older than you but I cannot believe it went submerged and undetected in that brief (math world wise) interval.

My god son asked me a question about algabra the other day. They gave the equation, the answer and asked to pick a name for it and describe why. Guess you don't need to solve it anymore, he didn't even know there was even a answer for x that was given

Yep.    I spent some time (ok - five minutes) looking into Vanilla to see if I could make sense out of why this forum is set up the way it is and I got nowhere.
