    AWESOME burger! Just needs some ketsup & mustard running down the sides.
    But it can’t compare to a fully loaded Papa Murphy’s pizza on a Friday night.

    Great burger and story.  Flex jaw action to get that first bite.

    Smelling good in the hood.

    Hit my HEB earlier and they don’t have any Hatch in yet.   Plenty of products (grabbed hatch shredded cheese for chicken fajitas tonight).

    Kinda bummed, I had a plan until I didn’t.   Ha

    Our store is like a Hatch Chile superstore at the moment. Everything has Hatch chiles.

    FWIW- when they do come in, the hot Hatch chiles are freaking hot. Like habañero hot. Holy balls they are spicy.

    Yeah, I got the hot two years ago and I was the only one in the house who would eat them.  And my youngest likes spicy.

    Dang, here in flyover country we have had the hatch chilis in stock for a couple of week.  Normally don't see 'em til around the first or second week of Sep.

    @The Cen-Tex Smoker

    ok I think I’ve been cursed, the last 2 containers of rub I shook ended up all over my forearms.   The kids didn’t come off, more of a wind issue but very weird    Made me laugh but I’m still scratching my head as to why now…
