    @paqman-justly rewarded.  Great looking banquet.

    I did some wings a few days ago with the fried pork rind coating, and after 3 days of leftovers I opted for shrimp stir-fry yesterday and today.
    However, today I learned something that may be of good use to any wang lover; I read that buttermilk will last in the frig at least 3 weeks, AND it can be frozen!  I had to buy a full quart last week, and am glad I'll be able to do some more cheekun next week or so, once I'm tired of shrimp, or pork ribs, or whatever.

    I am a big flats consumer.  Best part of the hyper-inflated wing prices today or any day.  About to fire up the BGE and get with the program.
    @Langner91 strong showing right there.  Great colour (nod).
    Like my good friend, Rick Ross says, “drummies are for dummies.”  Flats are where it’s at.

    Those who do wings in an air fryer swear by the results.  Had my local wing purveyor tell me that even with the price uptick, the air fryer has noticeably bumped sales.
    Another rabbit hoe I am not going down but some may find it worth the ride.

    I don't care if they are sous vide, air fried, instant or crock potted, smoked, grilled, or deep fried, I love them all!

    I’m a believer. I love them on the egg for the smoke flavor. But you have to dry them and use corn starch for the good skin. I can air fry frozen and get crispy skin in an air fryer. It’s the only way I cook wings these days. Unless I have the above time to prep them. Which rarely happens for me these days.
