Was craving Deep Dish Pizza...

Morning All:
Actually it was the much better half that had the craving & I think it was taken care of...I made the dough & the second rise is in the pan in a warm area, so why not on the back porch...
Here are all of the toppings...
So far have added the Bouquet Garni on the dough then 8 ounces of Mozzarella, some Asiago cheese, the jar of Alfredo Sauce, some of my BBQ sauce & one pound of ground beef...
Next was some leftover picanha, some leftover flank steak, some Canadian Bacon & some regular bacon pieces...
On top of that is half pound of Jimmy Dean Sage sausage & some more of my BBQ sauce...
For you veggie lovers, next was some mild banana pepper rings...
On top of that some more of the steak pieces & some Asiago cheese...
Then the final topping of another 8 ounces of Mozzarella plus some more Bouquet Garni...
Then onto the large Egg, indirect at about 430 dome temp...baked for about 25 minutes & ready to come off...
Shot from the side to see the layers...it had a great cheese "gasket"...
Pizza craving satisfied (for now)!
