I am a firm believer in acknowledging great service as well as the other end of the spectrum. I have filled out a few on-line post customer/business interaction surveys over the years when the service was on either end of the curve (few is the operative word). Heads up-your contact info will get quickly shared these days. My Spam file is consistently loading crap.
My advice-if you want to leave comments go with the post phone call survey.
BTW- I am old and do have a lawn.
Stay healthy and safe out there-

No good deed goes unpunished, words to live by.
Realize, nobody cares about your view of their service. Customer knows best died around 2005. It is a slow and steady race to the bottom.Don't tell your problems to people. 80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

As a small business owner, service is our #1 priority and not in a “ commercialized “ way, our customers are our family, Rey personalized . We don’t ask for reviews , just having you back is all we need
Yes we get reviews, but they are organic , not a promoted item
We will never chase money , just quality
I find it quite easy to excel in providing customers great service because, as stated above , it began a slow death years ago

In my business reviews are key for a certain type of customer. Mainly my Google rating. It takes 16 five star reviews to negate a single one star review. (I've been told by a marketing exec) I respond to every Google review. Bad reviews are usually a result of an expectation that was not met. We are not a party campground. This upsets some. We try our best to manage expectations if they call, but most reservations are done online. Most bad reviews also show other potential customers that we enforce our rules which actually helps attract the demographic we aim for.Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

I have found that the most pi$$ed off people have the best data plans, and are quick on the draw to drop a bad review.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
