Nice! Unfortunately for me the timing on this one put the moon behind a neighbors trees. Which was too bad cuz viewing conditions were perfect - good sky transparency this morning.

My alarm went off at 0345, and I heard raindrops hitting the north window, so congrats on a great shot!

I managed to catch the whole thing due to other scheduled programming.  When heading out I knew it was happening around 5 AM (EST).  Saw a sliver of the moon and around 15 minutes later, gone.  Would not have otherwise planned for the sighting but nice to see.

Took this just south of Ottawa on my drive up today. This is straight out of the phone with no post, the colors here are a little flatter than reality.

Dang it man.  Now I will always think that when I see a sunrise.

Once you retire, you don't have to worry about seeing a sunrise.
 
Unless, like yesterday morning, you vaguely hear the garbage truck down the street and realize you forgot to roll your can out the night before!  And its raining/sleeting.

Botch said it. Retirement let’s you sleep in.  The camera out front catches the garbage truck on video, but I roll over and fall back asleep.
