Rolling smoke on the stick burner as the pre-trim 24.9 lb SRF black

won't fit anywhere close on my LBGE.  Trimmed out at 18.8 lbs.
No target finish time but will use the Texas crutch since feeding sticks every 20-30 minutes gets old.  Will definitely post a $$ shot however this turns out.

Damn Frank that’s a big piece of meat!

@JohnInCarolina - I wish I had heard that line from SWMBO recently.
I would never buy one that big but my sister (who hasn't sent me anything in 5 plus years dropped this on me in November).  She knew of my SRF brisket buys and at the time 20+ lbs was all they had in stock.  So rather than wait, here it is.
The trimming process was an adventure in its own right.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Kroger has 50% of packaged brisket.  Looks like all flats at 11 lbs.  Shoe leather anyone
