3.99 at my Costco also. Anybody remember pre pandemic Costco brisket price?  Was it 3.29?  Seems like I remember occasional sales where it would be under $3.

We are definitely seeing the $3.99-$5.99 depending on grade again down here in the brisket motherland. Wagyu is $7.99-ish now as well.

I saw it at $2.99/lb at times.  I don't think I saw it lower than that.

I did a Costco Prime 14# one this weekend and it was around $4.10/# a couple months ago it was close to twice that cost.

HyVee here in Iowa (and the midwest, probably) have Choice Briskets for $2.99 per pound this weekend.  Haven't seen that in awhile.
