Spare Ribs

I used a mustard slather, dry rub, spritzed with apple juice/water. Smoked over apple wood at about 250F

Wrapped in foil, then unwrapped, painted with bbq/water 50/50.

I'm going back for another round tomorrow. These came from whole foods via amazon and I wasn't happy to not have two full racks.

My local butcher does untrimmed spares so I will start there and get two huge racks. Makes for more rib tips and other snacky snacks.

Beans with drippings

Rib tips (cartilage removed and then diced)

Together. I added a bit more veg stock to thin it out a little. Ribs are still goin in foil
