Not Ina Med specific cookbook, but it matches what you’re looking for and we’ve made it a couple of times and really liked it.LBGE

If you have masterclass, the Ottelenghi class is the best class I have taken on there. We cook all of it, all the time. We bought all his books too. Truly amazing food and most vegetarian. He has some fish and lamb and you can always add whatever protein you wantOzzie_Isaac said:I have been cooking steaks, burgers, pork shoulder, tri-tip, carna asada, and carnitas a lot lately. Almost feel like I am in a rut.
I think I want to expand my horizons. Do you all have any recommended Mediterranean Cookbooks or recipies?Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
Will definitely check out Ottelenghi, thank you for the heads up. I really like the Thomas Keller and Roy Choi stuff. Michael Twitty's two recipes were really interesting. His cooking style is exactly like my wifes and her grandmother's style. Season it till.your ancestors say stop, and cook it till it is done. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:

Got my newest Cooks Illustrated today, and the tear-off cover advertised their newest "More Mediterraian" cookbook. I have their first "Mediterranian Cookbook" but actually haven't tried any recipe yet. But, from former experience, I can recommend the first one (and the second one, if you run out of cooksw).
