Got some beef stew meat from a local farm. And have a cast iron pot. What's a good stew recipe to cook on the BGE?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I’d go with an Adobo Paste https://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1229113/adobo-paste-base-recipe , caramelize some onions, brown the meat , braise in the past, add beef stock as needs , not a fan of stew swimming in veggies , this is a great chili Colorado , easy , serve over riceVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

I make it a day ahead and separate the meat/veggies from the juices and refrigerate and remove the fat from the juices (thank you, BACON) and reheat all together the next day, AWESOME.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
