Had to make some trips around town today and became stuck in traffic for 2 hours on a drive that would normally last 10 minutes. 

The police have been moving in and repressing the protesters the last few days. Seems like the numbers are dwindling quite significantly. Should be coming to an end pretty soon.

Was driving around the city today and happened upon the residual group of protesters. Probably 40-50 individuals who had been pushed out to the fringes of downtown. I could hear chants of “freedom” accompanied by the mighty fist pump - my kids were right quick to emulate from the backseats. 😂 Regardless of which side of the fence you’re on, it is incredible to me that the last few days featured no real violence or injury to speak of. Truly surgical and professional execution on the part of law enforcement, IMO. A testament to the expression better late than never.

I'm not convinced that the movement was "bigger than he was". 

I'm more sorry he had such a paltry life savings.  I somehow have the gut feeling he would have lost it anyway....probably through something like "exogenous ketones".

Who knows.  Easy to ask what if.  Impossible to answer.
