    @dmchicago - Let me help you with the above epiphany.  All rules time independent.  Next time-
    BGE house rules. Fire the fire-time for the opening adult supervisory beverage.
    Protein on- time for the adult supervisory beverage.
    Then as enjoyed for appropriate oversight for the cook duration and beyond.  
    I'm sure you can adapt.
