7 years later and they still hit. Homemade sriracha, homemade pickled japs this time but everything else the same. Tried to post in the OG thread but it appears to have been sunk (with zero drama or hijinx)

Those look amazing! Your OG thread is in the "Off-Topic" forum, which never shows in the main area anymore. That is related to some 2019 craziness that got that entire sub sunk ....unintended pun. Hope @Lousubcap doesn't get offended. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:7 years later and they still hit. Homemade sriracha, homemade pickled japs this time but everything else the same. I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

I could eat my weight in those! I love tots!
It is really cool you made the ingredients. A+ effort there!
What makes them "Denver"? Is that a Denver thing? Because they are piled 'mile-high'? I see them and think Tex-Mex or Southwest.
Either way, pass the plate this direction!Clinton, Iowa -

the Denver reference is because they are kind of stoner comfort food. The first Denver tots thread was right around the time Colorado legalized weedLangner91 said:I could eat my weight in those! I love tots!

Has anyone ever had Totchos? They are just like they sound. Nachos using tater tots. We have a bar here that makes them. They are so ridiculously good and so bad for you all at the same time. In other words, the best bar food ever.Midland, TX XLBGE

They are as good as they sound. My buddies wife makes them for our monthly poker night when it's his turn to bring snacks. We try to "volunteer" him every month. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:
