How about that, I didn't realize they were not open. Texas has been back to "normal" for a long while I just assumed everything was back open.
Thanks for letting us know, I'll be rolling through Austin next month and will do my best to hit it (so long as the 3hr lines aren't back).LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas -
I think he was ready for some time off and he certainly stayed busy. He has a new line of PK style grills coming out, a new line of rubs that will be sold in HEB and several other things. He has a whole merch team now pumping out swag to the sullied masses.Plus the to-go briskets are like twice what he sells them for as dine-in. He’s doing just fine.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

@The Cen-Tex Smoker
You got me interested when you said PK. Taking a look at it, I don't where see where it's radically different than my original PK, at least not enough for me to replace my PK Original.
I'm in the market for a new charcoal grill, but I would like something with much greater cooking area. Larger than even the PK 360.

@GregW
If it wasn’t for the price this is what I would go with. I think it’s one of the coolest grills out there. Just way to much for me.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Saw a Ranch kettle at Lowe’s. $1529.00. It’s BIG! Would be perfect for burger & brat cooks for the gun club group! I use a 26” kettle, and it’s the perfect size for weekend cooks, and doesn’t require a lot of charcoal to run at 350.

I saw a ranch kettle roll through a auction here a few years ago, never used, it was a prize on the price is right in 1959. It took some digging to find it http://weberkettleclub.com/blog/2015/02/05/1959-weber-ranch-kettle/
I was going to get it for my fil but it went for quite a bit more than I was willing to spend.
