Anything oysters ( with the added opportunity to catch a pearl-oyster made,,,) for the win.  All recipes with chargrilled (my weakness) or otherwise cooked are vying for second place.  FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Achiote marinated chicken leg quarters on sale at HEB. $5 I couldn’t pass up.

Speaking of stomach issues - hope @nolaegghead is doing better. Saw a shirt that reminded me of @SGH  talking about his hippie friend.

Great looking bird brother. And the shirt speaks volumes 👍

  • I was eating takeout pizza and my niece sent me a picture of her first stab at a Tritip. She said that it was too well done, I think her ex kept the Thermopop that I gave them. In other news I found out that my younger cousin has an Egg and a Traeger.

Did any of y’all get any of these for Halloween? If so, how did you like them?
