Individual beef Wellingtons for the carnivores, planked salmon for the pescatarores and overnight mac and cheese for the cheeseadores and Brussels sprouts for the herbivores. As a recovering omnivore, I had a bit of each!

Thx! I’ve been a pescatarian since February but lately have been craving the good stuff. Thought wellies would be a fine way to incorporate beef (and pork!) back into the rotation.
