Cool video and some stuff really makes me rethink my life.  When he pre-scewed the chicken breast and then cut.  Mind Blown.  I wonder how many takes it took to get the water bottle kabab hack to work?  Doesn't seem reliable.

I have done this with my sausage stuffer, works like a champ... and conversely, those that want to dabble in sausage/salami without buying equipment, this will double as a filler and makes it a multi use tool

Just got an idea to improve on the bottle hack… line the bottom half with a plastic bag and fill it with water, tie the bag to avoid spill, then freeze. You now have a solid piston, the ice also helps to keep the meat cold.
