Turkey cook - Thanksgiving Drill

Needed to cook this bird as it was already thawing in our new, but already broken, refrigerator/freezer. 350 with pecan wood. Cavity stuffed with apple, rosemary, garlic and lemon wedges. Just S&P on the skin. I didn’t butter under the skin as I usually do. Total rookie mistake to not have put a drip pan under the bird.
