Pork and potatoes...

Morning All:

After the beef & onions on Monday, last night was pork & potatoes...had a small pork loin (about 2.8#) that Kathy found a Balsamic marinade for (included Balsamic vinegar, white wine, honey & various spices)...It went on the Egg first indirect at 350 for about 30 minutes before adding the fingerling potatoes (coated with butter, garlic & olive oil) & bumping the temp to 400...


These were then on for about another 30 minutes (until pork internal was 140)...pork sliced...


And finished potatoes...


All was very good & easy to prep/cook!
