      Comes together relatively quickly, and so good. If you're thinking of making flatbread, I personally think an unleavened type of flatbread works better with this. 

    I'm a sure a Greek chix pizza is not far off...

    I’m just going to make that same garlic naan recipe.  Came out so well last time.

  • Tried it - chicken on the BGE, naan in the Roccbox - pretty, pretty… pretty good!

    My local Kroger carries Red Boat. Bought mine on Amazon at a premium figuring no one in Newark, Ohio would sell it. I was wrong and Kroger is significantly cheaper.

    Meant to make some flatbread kinda business, but a) time got away from me today b) a local Middle Eastern bakery makes great pita, naan, etc.

    Looks great, add a little tzatziki to it and some Greek olives and I’ll take 2. Without I’ll take 1 1/2.
