I did a quick once over of that list. It looks like Uncle Myron has not lost his touch at whole hog 🐖

Congratulations to James Cruse from Central City BBQ in New Orleans.  He won 1st place ribs and finished .92 points behind Myron for grand champion.  I had the pleasure of cooking with him at my son’s store.  First class guy.

@nolaegghead Yep I believe winning Hogs For The Cause was his launching pad. He won whole hog first place and ribs 3rd place at Memphis in May last year.

My bread was there feeding the fine folks of the Shed BBQ team. They have a partnership with Tony Chachere’s (20 minutes up the road from us), and Tony’s cooking team went feed the Shed team
