    You obviously have that rig dialed in.  Great ribs.  Congrats.  
    What temp did you run at?  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    These were done really slow like 225-250. My firebox door actually broke off from using it so much. So I did these with no door at all. I usually run higher and wrap. These took like 7 hours to cook but they were fantastic!!!
