Seventeen Pound SRF Black Brisket Overnighter

With some guiding instructions from folks on this forum and others, I'm onto my fourth brisket cook. Tonight I've got a 17 pounder SRF Black Brisket going. Dusted with Holy Cow, smoking over some Red Oak from Fruita. About to go to sleep as the Egg is right at 250.
