@Stormbringer - @Sea2Ski is correct and I will be back to Drago's along with Acme oyster house today. Chasing the elusive chargrilled oyster holy grail.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

That looks like a really good time. It’s good to see eggheads and virtual friends coming together in real life. Baby steps to better days - with good food.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

So, kind of a funny anecdotal story from the boil....So my buddy Dave who helped me set up everything up (and kudos for cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, which as far as I know have never been cleaned in the 5 years I've been there) was talking to Henrik's roommate, the lady standing next to him in the pics with a mask.Dave loves music and was talking to her for a while before she mentioned her name. Turns out she's in one of Dave's favorite bands. She's from Cuba and Dave would time his trips to Cuba to coincide when her band was playing and he'd follow them around multiple shows. So he was in heaven getting to meet her.One of her bands:Sadly, Linda bailed at the last second. Frank will have to wait until the next one.______________________________________________I love lamp..

That's one heck of a cook pot. Good thing you had plenty of room inside.

Excellent selection of ingredients also. Plus good company.
