Leftover BBRs

YukonRon
YukonRon Posts: 17,125
Had some leftover ribs from a cook I did, that was likely my best ever doing BBRs. Pulled the protein off the bones put in a pan, added sauce until warm, added freshly grated mild cheddar. The picture is not as good as the sammie.
Thank you for looking, enjoy your day.

I am surprised that "leftover BBR's" ever existed at your place!  =) Looks great BTW.

Me too, actually. Surprised as to the amount of pork these ribs had on them. I made two of these, one for My Beautiful Wife, and one for myself. This was off just 5 bones total. Meijers is where I got these, and from all the places I have gone around here to buy them, their pork section can’t be beat. I buy all my ribs and butts there when they have a BOGO. The quality is unreal, from local suppliers too.

@4TheGrillOfIt - having sampled all of the above, in this case it is baby back ribs as you well know!   B)

Gotta tell you, the picture sucked, the food was alright though. I was more amazed at the amount of meat was left on just a few bones of these BBRs.

Rib meat taken off the bone and put in a taco or a sandwich is a great meal. Yours looks like one I would thoroughly enjoy.
