That is true, market is sky high and now rates are rising, so that may be about to start a correction.  Unlike 2008, the market is short on inventory, but luckily, not due to investors.  So hopefully it will plateau instead of crater.

How are the Gino's East?  Reviews are all over the place.  Does the sauce have some seasoning to it? I was eyeing up the sausage and pepperoni at my Aldi.  Appreciate any feedback you can provide.
