Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Gotta admit that that if bourbon is contaminated with peach then best used as a Q sauce.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

VERY nice!!Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!

One rack was rubbed with Dizzy Dust and sauced with the Texas Whisky glaze. The other was rubbed with Killen's BBQ rub, new to me, and glazed with the Peach Bourbon sauce.
We loved both but decided next time we would use the Peach glaze on the Dizzy Pig rubbed ribs.
