Congratulations! All the best to the young couple.
One other key point, maybe even at breakfast:
A few years ago I attended a big to do hosted by a Scottish bank, their Burns Dinner (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burns_supper). All their employees (including the gringos) wore tartans, and each table, in lieu of a water pitcher, had a bottle of Macallan.
At one point the host got up and said, “I hear ya grumblin’, ‘Ewan, whaaaars the ice? Whaaaaars the water?....Well the only thing a Scotsman puts in his whisky is moooar whisky.”
Again, all the best.(now only 16 stone)

I'm waiting to tell her in by best Scottish accent, "I only served ye 239 beans on the plate. If I added moooar it would be too farty."Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

If you want to really impress them take some hints from a restaurant on Skye:

Well according to one of the DNA sites 30% of my ancestry comes from there, mainly around Glasgow. I might have to look for this book.
