Sausage Roll

This is my first sausage roll I've made, an on the egg noless. Rolled out the dough, then laid provolone, italian sausage, mozzarella with a drizzle of bbq sauce down the center and sealed it up. Cooked indirect at 400° for 20 minutes just above felt level. Turned out good but I would have liked a thiner crust.
