Good news that the B117 variant increasing in the country does not escape the Phizer/Moderna protection.

We have the first verified case of the South African strain in the county next to mine now. About all we can do is continue to vaccinate as fast as possible. Vaccine availability isn't a problem, people getting off of their fundaments and taking the vaccine is. Still we had a steady flow of cars, two lanes, at the county site when I was there Friday. It's available to 16 and up if their parents drive them and it is one of the sites that has Pfizer. Otherwise 18 and up.

I’m sure that we will probably send more soon. Come to think of it we haven’t approved AZ yet so it was just taking up fridge space so far. Viruses don’t respect land borders. Keeping my fingers crossed for your niece. Wife and I have both had both Pfizer shots with no problems, sounds like Moderna has the minor problems the day after the 2nd shotsOwensboro, KY. First Eggin' 4/12/08. Large, small, 22" Blackstone and lotsa goodies.

Wife and I got the first Moderna shot 2 weeks ago. No problem for 3 days, then she had chills and a large rash on her arm where she got the injection. The chills lasted a 3-4 hours. The rash was gone in 2 days. I had some pain in the injection area last week. Nothing severe, but it felt like a hard hit from playing football.Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser.
