Snipe shoes.  So when you are laying prone, you are invisible from behind.  And celebration shoes too, just as you intimated.

Crocs are the worst in that regard.  I face planted once down the front stairs when it was raining.

Yep. I dumped old gas out of a snowblower earlier this week into a bowl. I didn't realize a power cord knocked over the bowl of gas when walking near it. I came around the corner of the garage with my Crocs on and my leg went one way and my ankle the other. I thought I either blew my knee out or broke my ankle in that split second. No more Crocs.

The worst is wet polished concrete with some algae or dirt on it.

I endorse Merrell footwear any opportunity.  Top quality and enduring.  No worries with them.  Been wearing their shoes for around 19 years.  Worth every $$.  
And in keeping with the thread-you can wear them in October or if preferred, year-round.

Nice find through Amazon. Hard to believe there are still a few pair floating around new after so many years. Not much to choose from though unfortunately.

Cushe is no longer made unfortunately.  However Merrel Canvas Shoe are very similar.  When my current set wears out, that will be what I try.
