Try to make this one a little prettier. Thai sausage lettuce wraps, jasmine rice, red Nahm Jim, homemade sriracha sauce and a dehydrated sriracha/dried herb/crushed peanut dust. Keeper.

@legume was asking how long the Nahn Jim would last. It's still packed with flavor but the colors of the peppers and cilantro stems are fading a bit after a week. I would say a week or a little more for personal consumption but make fresh for friends so you get to color pop.
