protien 80/20 I used beef and bacon
cue 1 .25% ( note: I cured and salted the beef separate since the bacon had salt and was fresh enough still had sodium nitrite )
salt 1.5 %
blk pepper .2%
granulated onion .23%
granulated garlic .18%
dextrose .14%
mustard powder .23%
celery seed .14%
ECA .7%
non fat dry powdered milk 1%
roasted hatch chilies i eyeballed
